One of the world’s leading consultancies had implemented an IT system into a heavy manufacturing and aggregates company in Saudi Arabia. The technology was not operable, and the company was in danger of ceasing to function. It was locked in a bitter legal dispute with the consultancy.

Working with the law firm and the client’s Solution Architect, we:

Researched and assessed where the consultancy had failed to implement the correct technology, advice and training

Identified where the consultancy had failed in its contractual obligations

Assisted the client’s Solution Architect with implementing an interim system to ensure the business could function.

This led to a satisfactory settlement for the aggrieved party.
