Case Study

​A Government in the Horn of Africa  wished to explore the option of setting up an international commercial court on behalf of the Port and Free Zones Authority.

To assist them, we:

• Co-ordinated IT infrastructure and participated in stakeholder engagement meetings with Government departments (Central Bank, Interior Ministry, Justice Ministry and office of the Prime Minister) and commercial organisations including maritime/ports and the Chamber of Commerce.

• Acted as liaison between disparate agencies operating in four separate countries;

• Researched and procured specialist suppliers in the fields of architecture, security (physical/site and telecoms) Government archiving systems, software and Telecoms.
