A high street UK furniture brand needed to switch its online retail operations to a new platform before its existing provider became obsolete. This included a complex migration of data from legacy systems.

Working with the client, their data consultancy and their web services provider, we:

Created clear workstreams for the Developers, User Interface and Business Analyst team using a combination of “Scrum” and “Waterfall” processes
Briefed and oversaw the delivery of project phases
Reported regularly to the steering committee
