Case Study

A law firm representing a member of a UAE ruling dynasty approached us to establish a Family Office. The purpose was to encourage deal flow and grow trade between the UK and the UAE.

We undertook the following work:

Established a London office to represent the commercial interests of the Family Office.

Recruited a core team and created a full business strategy including cost forecasts, client expectation management, consultancy and capital allocation.

Designed organisation and workstreams for rapid research, scoping and assessment of potential business relationships.

Generated significant commercial opportunities by working with international businesses (ranging from Tech start-ups to NASDAQ listed entities) to facilitate their expansion into the Middle East

Created working relationships with banks, business associations, the Department for International Trade and UAE governmental bodies including the Embassy.
